Why I Ditched My Bra for Stickies (and Haven’t Looked Back)

Let’s be real for a second: wearing a bra all day is not fun. If you’re a healthcare professional in scrubs, moving nonstop, or even just someone who hates that pinching, squeezing feeling, you know the struggle.
That’s why I made the switch to stickies (a.k.a. sticky cakes). And let me tell you, game. changer.
What Makes Stickies Different
Unlike a traditional bra, stickies are lightweight adhesive covers that give you comfort and coverage without the straps, hooks, or band digging into your ribs. They’re especially perfect if you’re in scrubs all day.
Here’s why I swear by them: ✨ Easy to apply — Just peel and stick. ✨ Nip nook design — The center has no adhesive, so there’s no irritation or awkward sticking. ✨ Seamless — Thin lining makes them invisible under clothing. ✨ All-day comfort — No straps, no digging, no constant adjusting.
The Bottom Line
For me, stickies have been a lifesaver in the hospital setting, I can move freely, feel comfortable, and focus on what matters: caring for patients.
If you’re tired of bras holding you back (literally), stickies may just be the little confidence boost and comfort hack you didn’t know you needed.
